SAS as well as SAMSA requires that the owners do an inspection according to these checklists prior to booking a Safety Officer to do their COF inspection.
The owner must complete the information on the first two pages and a signed copy must accompany proof of payment to SAS when the COF inspection is carried out.
SAS will not process the COF application without these documents attached.
