GKA Youth Kite World Championships Tarifa
Tumbao, 20 – 25 June

Straight after the GKA Big Air Event, the focus will shift to the young generation of kiteboarders. This year, the GKA will host a one-stop Youth World Championships in Tarifa, Spain from 20-25 June. Young kiteboarders aged U14, U16, and U19 will compete in boys’ and girls’ disciplines. The event will be held at Valdevaqueros beach, next to Tumbao, and is expected to attract more participants than last year as it will take place during the European school summer holidays. In addition to the competition there will be various clinics planned in areas such as training on and off the water, social media, content creation, competition strategy, and water safety.
