Yachts are invited to participate in the Rose Bowl Race race on Sunday 12th April, from Port Elizabeth Harbour to Ngqura Harbour to finish at Hobie Beach Pier.
Race requirement is that the boat must be skippered and helmed by ladies, although skippers wishing to participate but whose physical anatomy is not of the same design as that of a female, have to flamboyantly dress-up as a female (the mental state need not be the same), although the yacht must still be helmed by female!
