Yachts are invited to participate on Sunday 22nd November, from PE Harbour to Ngqura Harbour to finish at Hobie Beach Pier. Race requirement is that the boat must be skippered or helmed by a lady, although skippers wishing to participate but whose physical anatomy is not of the same design as that of a female, have to flamboyantly dress-up as a female (the mental state need not be the same), although must still be helmed by female!
