At the junior sailing prizegiving held on Saturday 14 September 2013, the following prizes were awarded:
Junior Sailor of the Year 2013 – was Awarded jointly to:
- Joshua Woolard (For his 1st place in the Nations Cup during the 2013 Terra World) and Georgiou Divaris (For Terra Worlds – Overall Winner of Championship, Optimist Worlds – Lake Garda, Italy and 2nd overall at the African Optimist Championships in Mykonos)
The following certificates were awarded:
- Level 1 – Caydin Haasbroek, Anthony Lightening and Jordan van Zyl
- Level 2 – Tammy Bailes, Cameron Hills, Bronwyn van Wyngaardt, Chad Bilsbury, Brenden Harvey, Charl Hoogendoorn and Alex Jackson.
- Sailing School Assistant certificates – Carel Hoogendoorn, Charlie Hills, Chad Jackson and Jenna Bailes.
Dinghy Regatta Winners:
- 26 January – Seniors: Charlie Hills (Laser) and Juniors: Bronwyn van Wyngaardt (Optimist) and Tammy Bailes (09’er)
- 26 May – Seniors: Jim Foot (Laser) and Juniors: Josh Woolard (Terra), Chad Bilsbury (Optimist) and Alex Jackson (Gypsy).
